Your Course Checklist
First things first! We would recommend downloading our SOSA Dance Fitness Course Checklist before you begin, so you can keep an easy, at-a-glance track of which modules you’ve completed as you go along.
Start learning your Solo Salsa Assessment Routine
You are required to perform a set Solo Salsa Assessment routine as your final practical assessment for the course.
We would strongly advise you to watch the routine and start learning this straight away, to give yourself the maximum amount of practice time.
Please DO NOT complete and submit your practical assessment until you have completed all eight modules of the training course, as you will learn a lot of information throughout the duration of the training course that will help to improve your knowledge and understanding, therefore ensuring you receive the highest possible grade.
Read your Training Resource Manual
We would encourage you to take fullest advantage of our in-depth SOSA Dance Fitness Training Resource Manual as it is an important learning companion.
Please read it first, and then you will be properly prepared to complete your theory assessment on the Fundamentals of dance and fitness, before you begin the training modules.
